I was searching through blogs one night trying to find some creative ideas for ordering numbers and comparisons. I didn’t have a whole lot of luck, but I did find a super cute idea at Swamp Frog First Graders. She did a similar concept, but with addition problems. I decided to tweak it a bit and make it work for my classroom concept. I made a different worksheet and labels, but used the creative idea.
If you haven’t visited Heidi Samuelson at Swap Frog you must! All of her ideas are so cute, plus the pintables’ are great too. I have added some pictures from my lesson today and also all of the work pages for free. I got the mason jars at Michaels for around a dollar a piece and I made everything. Talk about a cheap idea.
