Compound Eggs

Hey everyone!  This next week for me is a bit crazy.  We are only in school for four days and we are taking our Treasure’s unit test.  I have planned a lot of review and small group centers to do when we aren’t testing.  One of the little activities I came up with was contraction eggs.  I bought a package of 18 eggs for a dollar at The Dollar Tree (love that place)!  I wrote one word on the top egg and one word on the bottom egg.  For example: air/plane.  I tried to make it a little easier for my kiddos by making the egg color combinations match.  There are three of each color, so it isn’t a dead giveaway.

Is it just me or do you love saving those old plastic containers to store your games in?  Well, I stumbled across the perfect one to put all my eggs in.  I made a cute label to put over the front of it and a few student recording pages and I have a whole little center in no time! If you click the links below you can download my student pages I created.  Have a wonderful week.

  3. The astonishing white shorelines, clear warm waters, vivid coral reefs, and sunny dry atmosphere make the Yasawa Group a perfect traveler destination, yet up to this point a visit included an unpleasant ocean voyage from Lautoka in a hazardous town vessel or a costly seaplane flight from Nadi.
